South America National Teams & World Cup Jerseys

Football in South America is more than a league — it's a confederation of national teams, club sides and continental cups. Unifootballshop collects the jerseys worn by South America's biggest sides so you can follow the game across borders.

Federations in South America

South American national shirts are the most traditional in the game and change the least between cycles. South America collects the sides that meet in Copa America and the long World Cup qualifying campaign.

Every club listed below is currently active in South America. We stock the current-season shirt for each one, plus training pieces where the club releases them.

The badges link straight through to the full collection for that club, so you can compare home, away and third designs side by side rather than jumping between pages.

    How South America Football Works

Every shirt in South America carries the club crest on the left chest and the competition badge on the sleeve. The sleeve patch is the giveaway for which competition the shirt was made for — league, domestic cup, or continental.

Sizing is broadly consistent across South America, which means if you know your size in one club's shirt you know it in all of them. The exception is player-issue cuts, which run slimmer.

Every product page lists the actual chest measurement in inches alongside the letter. When you are between two sizes, trust the measurement over the letter.

    South America FAQ
Do South America jerseys run true to size?

Unifootballshop's South America jerseys use the standard fan-version cut, which is relaxed through the chest and shoulders. For a stadium-ready fit, order the size you usually take — move up one only if you prefer it baggy. Youth and toddler cuts are listed by age range — check the chart on the product page.

What's a third South America shirt?

A third shirt is the alternative design a club releases most seasons, used for cup games and when home and away clash. Third shirts are produced in smaller runs and tend to be the most distinctive design of the cycle.

What fabric are South America jerseys made from?

The fan-version South America shirts use a recycled polyester knit with a moisture-wicking finish — light enough to wear all day and durable enough for weekly washing. Player-issue cuts add mesh ventilation panels under the arms and down the sides.

    How Should It Fit?

The fan cut sits relaxed through the chest and shoulders, so most buyers stay at their normal letter size. Size up only if you want it baggy or plan to wear it over a hoodie.

If you are between two sizes, the chest measurement on the product page is more reliable than the letter. Youth and toddler sizes are graded by age, and women's cuts run slimmer through the waist.
